Online Sessions from Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Nederland
If you’re new to Trauma Sensitive Yoga, it’s a yoga form that can be used to guide people to heal body and mind, in situations such as complex trauma and PTSD. But it’s also valuable in less severe cases of trauma, the likes of which we’re all experiencing now in our own unique way.
If you’re struggling at the moment to find your moments of calm, perhaps we can offer support.
The Trauma-Sensitive Yoga session we like to offer will be an hour long, although you can join for as long as you feel is useful, it maybe 5, minutes, 15 minutes or an hour.
If you are interested in joining the Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (in short TCTSY) online session for the first time, if possible, we invite you to send us an email and to fill in the short questionnaire by clicking here: TCTSY Online, so that we can briefly connect and get to know you. This might allow you to ask questions about TCTSY and the online practice and offer an opportunity to share some of your expectations, wishes or needs for the practice.

We welcome donations for the practice, although we understand this may not be possible for everyone in these rather difficult and uncertain times. You are welcome to offer a monthly or weekly donation of your choice for the practice. The TCTSY online services were designed to allow participants to have access to this practice during the COVID pandemic.
