“I can highly recommend this training for anyone facilitating yoga sessions. It provides you with valuable knowledge of trauma theory and substantial practical knowledge to support more trauma-informed yoga. It has truly helped me provide more gentle, supportive, and appropriate sessions to LGBTQI asylum seekers and refugees. But it has also changed how I think about interacting with people beyond the yoga mat – I truly believe the world would be kinder if everyone took this training!”
Louisa Borg Costanzi – Online training 2022
“Dear Esther, Thank you very much once again for the wonderful three days. I am so happy and grateful that I got to experience these days with you and the group. For now, I will let everything settle in and work, as you beautifully put it, sprinkle it in sharing the lessons and also in daily life.”
W. van Leiden, training 2023
