Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) – 20 Hour Foundational Workshop for Yoga Teachers & Mental Health Professionals
“Wonderful training, an investment in yourself, or an extension for you as a yoga teacher, or an in-depth study for you as a mental health care worker. Pretty how Esther managed to shape it online. Great that she offers personal attention, and possibly ‘aftercare’ meetings”
“Nogmaals veel dank, wat een mooie training. Erg waardevol voor mij persoonlijk, als yoga docent en als SPV”
This 20-hour ONLINE training (16 hours virtual in-person and 4 hours of self-study), is based on sounds research from the Center for Trauma and Embodiment of the Justice of Resource Institute in Boston, MA.
On the completion of this workshop, you will have achieved a thorough understanding of the core concepts of Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY).
And more importantly, you will have learned techniques that you can implement in your practice immediately, helping your clients’ improve their mental well-being along with the physical.
Our aim is to help as many individuals as possible through trauma, and teaching yoga teachers and mental health practitioners to become Trauma-Informed and to support their clients through their own issues is a great way of doing that.
