“The body keeps the score.” – Bessel van der Kolk

Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is a unique, evidence-based intervention developed at the Trauma Center in Boston. It is the only yoga program recognized as an evidence-based treatment for trauma by SAMHSA/NREPP.

Since its establishment in 2003, TCTSY has supported thousands of people living with complex trauma and PTSD — from veterans to survivors of chronic abuse. Clinical research shows that TCTSY is as effective as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), with a 42% higher treatment completion rate.
