The world is forever changing and we are all trying to adjust to these changes. Along with change comes development, and with development comes improvement and balance. I believe we are all trying to give ourselves a better life and sometimes we encounter things that cause us trauma or we live with
pain, when in actual fact we can do so much to improve our lives and reduce the hardships we are faced with, by using alternative treatment over modern-day medication.

One of these ways is through Yoga Therapy and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Yoga has been around for many years and will continue for many years to come but Yoga Therapy is taking the world by storm. Yoga Therapy techniques are based on healing and improving our lives through the movement of yoga to ease
the pain for many illnesses or issues we may face in this modern world.

My trauma-sensitive yoga therapy sessions with Esther have helped me immensely.
