Individual one on one sessions

Designed specifically for those already in therapy, or be in close contact with your Doctor, or health care professional.

No previous yoga experience is necessary, sessions are around 60 minutes. Please contact Esther to make an appointment for a Trauma Sensitive Yoga session.
